It is a kind of light yellow transparent liquid.
Composition
Each ml contains closantel 50 mg.
Pharmacology
This product is a kind of helminthic. It is active against fasciola hepatica, gastrointestinal eelworms and larvae of arthropods. It is mainly indicated for diseases caused by fasciola hepatica and gastrointestinal eelworms in cattle and sheep, estriasis of sheep and etc.
Indications
Closantel is a broad-spectrum antiparasitic agent used against several species and developmental stages of trematodes, nematodes and arthropods. The anti-trematode activity of closantel is mainly used against the parasites in and out of body for pigs sarcoptes scabiei, blood louse, roundworm, strongyloides, kidney worm , whipworn; oxen bloody spear nematode berghei, radiation esophagus nematode, massive fluke, fasciola hepatica, capillaria and melophagus grub; sheeps nasal grub, melophagus, sarcoptes scabiei, itch, nematode, Fasciola hepatica; horse stomach fly, dog and cat demodectica, and so on.
Dosage and Administration
Subcutaneous or intramuscular injections of a single dose of 2.5 to 5 mg/kg body weight for cattle and 5 to 10 mg/kg body weight for sheep.
Side-effects
Injections are stimulating to some topical tissues.
Withdraw period
When treating diseases caused by fasciola hepatica it is recommended to repeat the medication after it has been used for 3 weeks to completely eliminate immature fasciola.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry and dark place.
Validity
3 years.
