Pharmacological action

Its fever relieving effect is three times of the amidopyrine’s, and it also has anti-inflammatory effect and strong analgesic effect. Dosage and Administration

Intramuscular administration.

Per treatment, horse and cattle: 3 – 10g.

Sheep and goat: 1 – 2g. Dog: 0.3 – 0.6g.

Withdrawal time

Before slaughter 28 days.

Milk: 7 days.

Precautions

1. Not suitable for injection in acupuncture point, especially for joint site. For prevent amyotrophy and obstruction of joint function.

2. Do not combine with chloropromazine for prevent the acute descend of body temperature.

3. Do not combine with barbiturates and phenylbutasone, because interaction each other influence enzyme of microsomes.

Storage
