“Keep Focused and Push Ahead” Fangtong Successfully Held the 3rd Marketing Work Conference in 2023

From October 17th to October 19th, 2023, Chongqing Fangtong Animal Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. successfully held a three-day marketing conference, themed “Keep Focused and Push Ahead”. Fangtong General Manager Tang Jianhua, senior management, heads of technical, quality control, and production departments, as well as all marketing and technical service managers attended this conference. 

On October 17th, hosted by GM Assistant Tang Wang, the conference was officially kicked off with warm applause.  Marketing managers and technical service managers in each region conducted in-depth presentations on their experiences and shortcomings in marketing work in the third quarter of  2023, market analysis, and fourth-quarter work planning. GM Tang Jianhua expressed his heartfelt gratitude to all marketing personnel for their hard work and fully affirmed their achievements. He praised outstanding regional managers and emphasized the importance of moving away from homogeneity towards differentiation and using innovation as the core competitiveness in the current industry “involution” situation.

On October 18th, R&D team conducted a detailed explanation and analysis of the newly obtained national Class III veterinary drug “Compound Baicalein Breast Injection (lactation phase)”, reminding everyone to plan ahead for the value and marketing ideas of the new veterinary drug. Bi Hailin, director of technical depart, presented the commonly used high-quality products for large-scale farms and shared relevant data to encourage everyone to increase product promotion for differentiated products.

Subsequently, Deputy General Manager Liu Lixia conducted an in-depth analysis and discussion on the current situation of the industry’s “involution” where there has been a significant reduction in scattered farmers, as well as how to view and seize moderate scale farms. She emphasized that currently, large-scale farming groups are gradually increasing cooperation, with both product quantity and amount gradually improving. She encouraged everyone to actively develop and promote our products to further penetrate into the market. Fu Guocai, General Manager of Fangtong Biotechnology Co., Ltd extended on “an overview of feed additives and their rational use and market application” to encourage everyone to work harder in developing customers in pork, beef, sheep, poultry and other sectors.

On October 19th, GM Assistant Tang Wang reported on pet market development and channel sales, requiring all business managers to assist service providers in actively organizing front-line activities to promote classic medication plans, digest inventory, and perform consultancy marketing. He hoped that each sector could perform their duties and work together to complete this year’s target tasks. The pet sector of Fangtong is showing a rapid growth trend with a focus on both large and small animals to seize the market opportunity, adapt to the new situation, open new avenues.

Next, the finance department conducted on-site communication regarding issues such as sales accounts, payment collection, standardization of reimbursement documents, as well as vendor and group customer overdue accounts and financial control issues.

Finally, GM Tang Jianhua summarized the three-day marketing conference and arranged key annual work tasks. He emphasized the importance of improving risk prevention and control awareness related to payment collection. He clarified that Fangtong should stick to customer orientation as a starting point for business operations, team building, customer management, providing direction for future marketing work and boosting team morale. He hoped that everyone has the ambition to overcome difficulties, the confidence to break through challenges to achieve fruitful results in 2023.
