At the beginning of 2023, Top 50 Summit of Chinese Veterinary Medicine Enterprises with the theme of “Strengthening Confidence, Promoting Innovation and Seeking Development” was held in Beijing from Jan 8th to Jan 9th. The conference was hosted by China Veterinary Medicine Association and National Veterinary Medicine Industry Technology Innovation Alliance, and co-sponsored by Daxing Biomedical Industry Base Management Committee of Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park. The summit aimed to summarize experience, gather consensus, look forward to the future, and jointly explore the high-quality development path of China’s veterinary medicine industry.
Yu Kangzhen, counselor of the State Council, former vice minister of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of China, and chairman of China Agricultural Science and Education Foundation, Chen Runsheng, academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences and International Academy of Eurasian Sciences, Li Ming, former director of China Veterinary Drug Inspection Institute, Huang Weizhong, director of China Veterinary Drug Inspection Institute, Lu Wang, director of Drug Policy and Drug Device Division of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Bureau of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and other leaders and representatives from the backbone enterprises of China veterinary drug industry attended the conference. The opening ceremony of the conference was presided over by Cai Xuepeng, chairman of China Veterinary Drug Association and chairman of National Veterinary Industry Technology Innovation Alliance.
