A Powerful Anthelmintic-Livertong No. 1 Suspension
Parasitic infections not only cause stunted growth and low feed conversion rate in livestock, but may also lead to mechanical damage and even death. There are a wide variety of parasites, including nematodes, ascarids, tapeworms and trematodes. Among them, fasciola hepatica and gastrointestinal nematodes are predominant in the humid southern regions, while lung nematodes and tapeworms are more prevalent in pastoral areas of the north. Notably, the infection rate of free-range or semi-free-range cattle and sheep is significantly higher than that of housed ones, and mixed infections are common, which further increases the difficulty of treatment. Therefore, choosing an efficient anthelmintic product is a good strategy to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Product Advantages
1. Rapid Action & Complete Parasite Excretion
After oral administration at the standard dose of 10 mg/kg body weight, the drug exhibits favorable pharmacokinetic characteristics in the body: the time to peak concentration (Tmax) is about 22 hours, the average maximum plasma concentration (Cmax) reaches 15.870 μg/mL, and the area under the plasma concentration-time curve (AUC(0-∞)) is 965.608 μg/mL•h. The drug is mainly metabolized through biliary secretion and excreted in the feces in its original form. Softened feces can be observed in animals 4 hours after administration, along with the excretion of parasitic worms and their toxins in the digestive tract. It has an excellent anthelmintic effect on fasciola hepatica and tapeworms in cattle and sheep, with an effective anthelmintic rate of over 90%.

2. Liver Repair & Hematopoietic Function Supplement
The liver is an important detoxification organ and a key organ for erythropoiesis in the body. The elimination of fasciola hepatica promotes the repair of liver function and supplements hematopoietic function.
3. High Safety
Livertong No.1 Suspension has low toxicity to ruminants (cattle and sheep) at the therapeutic dose, with rapid metabolism and low residue risk. It has a prominent effect on fasciola hepatica infection, and no drug resistance has been found so far.
4. Dosage Form Advantages
Livertong No.1 Suspension features uniform dispersion, good palatability and ease of mass oral administration. It also has stable absorption, which is suitable for the digestive characteristics of ruminants and reduces drug waste.

Adverse Reactions
Mild fecal softening, increased defecation frequency, transient anorexia or diarrhea may occur in animals after administration, which recover spontaneously after drug withdrawal; excessive use of this product may cause a decrease in the relative weight gain rate of animals.
Precautions
- Shake well before use.
